Domaine Petit Roy Bourgogne Blanc 2019

Domaine Petit-Roy is located in Chorey-Les-Beaune, in Burgundy. The estate is owned by Seiichi Wang. Born in China, he grew up in Japan and became interested in vines at the age of 22. He did an internship in a local domain in 2005 then left Japan to deepen his knowledge of wine in several prestigious domains and followed a training course in Beaune. He decided to stay in France and created the restaurant La Lune in Beaune to finally launch, in 2006, and create the Domaine Petit-Roy. He works on 2.1 hectares of vines cultivated in non-certified biodynamic agriculture.
