An exceptional plum liqueur on the basis of junmai daiginjo sake (Minowamon). The plums used are fragrant, red Nanko plums of size 4L (45 mm in diameter). The ume plums have become reddish through sunlight and this color is transferred to the sake, which has a beautiful rose color. By harnessing the pure taste of Minowamon, this plum liqueur boasts a supreme harmony.
